• Welcome to our building website!  www.unionbankplaza.com is a single, comprehensive source for finding general information about the building, Building News and Events, Space Availability, Contact Information, and the Building’s Tenant Handbook.  Our new website also serves as the portal for our new Tenant Service Request system, Angus AnyWhere.  All service requests entered through Angus AnyWhere are dispatched immediately and directly to the appropriate staff member handling that type of request. This new system will also provide you with real time progress updates as your service requests are completed.  If you have any questions on how to use the system please contact our office at 213.550.2610.

• New Security Procedures – We will be implementing new security procedures here at Union Bank Plaza.  Your key card will be required for access at all times and you will need to swipe your card in the elevator turnstiles to access the elevator cabs and within the elevator to access your floor.  All visitors and deliveries will be required to check in at the security console. 

• Common Area Improvements – We are in the process of completing common area improvements to elevator lobbies, corridors and bathrooms on some of the multi-tenant floors.  The next scheduled floor to be renovated ^_______. We hope you will enjoy the new building standard finishes!
